Roads...where we're going we don't need roads

One year ago today, we were given our lovely, tiny Eleanor. The early days are a blur and leave us humbled by the fact that an entire year has already come and gone.

Today we have this vivacious, walking, chattering girl who loves cats, playing ball and peek-a-boo, has four front teeth and flashes enormous smiles each and every day:

We are completely enraptured by this baby girl who is living every moment at full speed and is, in and of herself, the best form of entertainment.

And although she loves to eat sand, we'll be serving her up a piece of carrot cake to celebrate her day.

Dearest Eleanor,
Never will there be enough words to sum up how awesome you are and just how much we love you. You have changed our lives and take us on great new adventures we could have never imagined. Your smiles and giggles are the best thing on earth! We love you!
